We are a Canadian company based in West Kelowna, British Columbia. We have strived to create a product that keeps your personal goods safe from prying fingers as well as out of others noses. We believe we have created the best storage solution for people with safety in mind.

BuddyGuard Storage provides a lifetime limited warranty against all manufacturing defects on our products. The lifetime warranty has no expiration. Any manufacturing defects are the sole decision of BuddyGuard Storage.

Shipping Times & Product Availability

All of our orders are shipped out ASAP.

If for some reason, we do not have your product in stock you will be contacted within 48 hours to sort it out.

Once your order is sent out you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can see where it’s at! Shipping times will vary based on your location and the time of your order.

Order Problems

We do our best to ensure that all orders are sent out timely and accurately, but sometimes there are bumps in the road. If you any problems with the product you receive please contact us at contact@buddyguardstorage.com

Any problems with glassware must be forwarded within 24hrs of delivery

Shipping Costs

All orders shipped free worldwide*

* with the exception of countries where such products are not permitted

*due to COVID’s effect on worldwide logistics, BuddyGuard reserves the right to not fill orders when shipping costs exceed product value

What if you give us an incorrect shipping address?

If you give us incorrect shipping information (i.e. wrong address, postal code, or name) please contact us immediately and we will adjust your information accordingly.

If your package has already been processed and shipped, you will be charged the shipping fee for us to re-ship your package to your correct address. You will be contacted with an invoice that must be paid before we re-ship your package.


The product must be returned in the original condition for resale, just like it was when we sent it to you. Please return the product the way you received it.

  1. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees
  2. Once returned, we will either ship out the replacement product or issue you a refund for the amount minus the shipping cost.
